December 2023 Visit

There was a significant rain storm on the weekend of 12/17/2023. Tyler sent us an email on M 12/18 about a leak in the master bedroom skylight. Seems like a new roof is indicated. We'll find and review the proposals.

T 26 - arrived around 9pm

R 28 - Found replacement light in the garage for the front path light that's just dimly flickering.

F 29 - Vinnie from Turnkey stopped by about the mold etc. in the master bath. He did a test with a piece of tissue and we saw it's drawing air out well. He suggests guests may not be turning it on since it's on a separate switch. He recommends having an electrician tie the fan and the light to a single switch, putting a blank in the other, and relabeling the plate; see if that helps.
